AmResorts would like to take this opportunity to inform you of an update regarding Dreams® Macao Beach Punta Cana.
In order to offer guests the highest brand standards in Unlimited-Luxury® and in the best interest of our mutual clients, AmResorts have made the decision to open the resort on March 12, 2020. AmResorts wholeheartedly look forward to serving our mutual guests upon the new grand opening date.
To reaffirm the commitment to valued travel partners, travel agency community and future guests, AmResorts will be protecting any bookings affected by this change.
With this in mind, AmResorts would like to share the below protection options to be executed via the channel originally booked:
- Guests with existing reservations will be assigned and protected at Now® Onyx Punta Cana based on availability.
- If the offered resort listed above is unable to host affected guests, another AMResorts® branded property in the destination will be used.
- Guests will also receive a complimentary return stay certificate to Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana for an equal number of nights as the original reservation. Travel must be completed within one year of the original departure date.
- Travel agency commission will be protected on the land-only portion of the original booking, as well as the complimentary return stay. Commissions will be paid by the tour operator and charged back to the AMResorts® branded property. The tour operator should send the resort an invoice directly and the payment will come from the resort.
